
The biannual pig roast will be Saturday May 10th at Rick Mattei’s. Details on the webpage.
We’ll be smoking ribs, sausage, and pork butts for pastor tacos and pulled pork sliders. Accompanying that will be smoked baked beans, slaws, and other treats. As always, if you have a dish or desert that you would like to share and show off, feel free to bring it.
We will also be holding the annual brew gear swap meet, so if you have any gear that you are looking to get rid of or are looking to add some pieces to your kit, this is the place.
We are trying to get a head count, so we are asking that everyone pre-pay if they will be attending. You can do that here.
Members and their first guest are $20 per person. Additional guests and non-members are $25 each.
