It's that time again! The next meeting of the Crescent City Homebrewers will be this Wednesday, May 7th at 7 PM, at the Deutsches Haus. Quick reminder that the pig roast is this Saturday, so come to the meeting to hear all the details. As always, bring your homebrew to share.
The biannual pig roast will be Saturday May 10th at Rick Mattei's. Details on the webpage. We'll be smoking ribs, sausage, and pork butts for pastor tacos and pulled pork sliders.
